Feeling exhausted.

Making massive life changes is exciting, but Clever Bird is slowly beginning to realise just how stressful it is too. Baggy is exhausted and sleeping too long once more. Calum and Clever Bird had already agreed that they would have last weekend off (as it were), and not travel over to the new house, or paint this one. They intended to take Grotty Groom over to the yard and ride on both days. But that all went awry. Clever Bird had forgotten how early it gets dark now. By the time Calum was home from his bike adventure, it was cold and dark and Hormonal Hannah didn't want to go out again. Then Baggy got poorly and ended up in hospital. Yesterday, she felt pretty poorly all day, but even if she hadn't, the weather was atrocious! So she ended up having a pyjama day and not leaving the house.

She feels a little better today, but far from totally well, but she had to get up at 6.00am to take Calum to work. She was home again at 7.00am with a splitting headache, so she decided to go back to bed. Freda Fretter didn't think she'd get back to sleep; she was just wondering whether she should get up and not try, when the Minty Mutt started to bark loudly. She decided she might as well get up. Clever Bird was a little bit surprised when she noticed that the clock said 11.00am! The weather has been even worse today, so once again Baggy has not left the house. Poor Minty Mutt, but Baggy doesn't fancy getting pneumonia again, so she's staying warm and dry and resting. After all she has to take Grotty Groom and Wesley on their holidays on Friday, so she's got three more days to feel better......
