Sigh!

Clever Bird is now entirely convinced that Citalopram and Colofac (Mebeverine) are not a great combination! It says on the blurb, "No interactions with other tablets are known". Is that because they haven't checked? Seriously though, Baggy is really low today. She was only taking the Colofac until yesterday but they were making her feel very shaky and spaced-out, and her depression has been sneaking back a bit more each day. Clever Bird does not believe this is a coincidence. Today she again overslept and did not want to get out of bed. If Minty Mutt hadn't been driving her insane barking every few minutes, she probably wouldn't have done. When she did get up, Baggy was all anxious and panicky - a feeling she hasn't had for a while. All the associated feelings of worthlessness were there too. Not great. Clever Bird had a plan: get Baggy to have a nice shower and wash her hair. She did and the warm water and positive ions made her feel a little better. The cup of tea helped as well. As soon as she was dressed, Minty Mutt wanted to go out. Baggy didn't feel like it, but remembering her stress management course, she let Furry Mama persuade her. And yes bloggees, she did have soaking wet hair. And it is cold. And she didn't want pneumonia. So Clever Bird made her put a hat on.

Not at all sure Baggy has got the hang of this selfie malarkey. Clever Bird read somewhere that people take them to let others see how gorgeous they are. Well that's not going to work for an old bird like Baggy is it? She is what she is, and quite happy to be!

Creative Clara had a quick look at previous attempts:

See - she just doesn't get it! Anyway, it made her smile, realising that she may feel down, but at least she's happy in her own skin!

Now Grotty Groom is trying to get Baggy excited about her holiday this weekend, instead of panicky. It's all well and good but Grotty once again hasn't even seen the horses for a week. As has been pointed out to her, it probably is that she doesn't want to be at the yard, rather than that she doesn't want to see the Boys. She misses the Boys a lot, but just the thought of going over there sends Hormonal Hannah into a mini-meltdown. It's not the yard though, it's a lovely yard, it's the feelings that it seems to bring back in Hormonal Hannah. Baggy just doesn't seem to be able to shake that panic and well, almost fear, that she felt having to face unpleasant people there. They're not even there anymore, but she still feels a "flight" instinct as soon as she turns her car towards the yard. So, yes, she's avoiding it. Interestingly, even typing this has made Baggy shake and her heart rate rise, so it clearly is that that's the problem. Maybe it's a good thing that Grotty will have to move the horses when they move to the new house. And Clever Bird has just pointed out that Grotty and Calum have four days together with the horses, away from the yard, so Baggy needs to hold that thought and pack Grotty's bag and get excited! It was brilliant at Ashen Equestrian Centre last time, so it is sure to be this time too. So bye for now bloggees, Creative Clara will be back with a full report when Baggy gets back from her adventures next Tuesday.........
