Baggy has unravelled today.

Psychic Ploppo watched Baggy from afar this morning, as Hormonal Hannah attended her first counselling session. The Psychotherapist is a final year student and Clever Bird couldn't help wondering how many people she had seen previously, and whether she had bitten off more than she could chew with Hormonal Hannah. "So tell me a little bit about what has brought you here", cue panic, "Where do I start?" Baggy burst into tears. Again. Clever Bird started with Lawrence-the-durmoid-cyst; the menopause, Baggy's stepmother's death, then went round in ever-decreasing circles, between blubbing citing one disaster after another since her Mum left her when she was eight years old, while Psychic Ploppo watched, thinking how ridiculous she was being. The counsellor was lovely and calm, but could barely get a word in edgeways as Hannah rambled on, with Psychic Ploppo watching Clever Bird, trying to get Hannah to shut up, so that the counsellor might actually be able to start to help. But she couldn't shut up, or stop crying and finally blurted out that she was terrified that Calum would leave her, because everyone else she had ever been close to, had. Every time Baggy's life is on track, something goes wrong, usually something pretty dramatic and it's obvious to Clever Bird that Baggy's stepmother's death, has unleashed a ton of stuff, that in turn has turned Baggy's world into one big scary set of anxiety, fear and as a result depression. It stinks!

Clever Bird won't call it the Black Dog, she likes dogs too much, but it does seem to be an actual "thing", a presence that is there, part or most of the time, and is very difficult to make go away. But at least Baggy is facing it and trying to do something about it. Her next session is on Tuesday - in the morning before she heads off to the Stress Management course. Marvellous - unravel with the counsellor, drive to the course and find out how to deal with the unravelling.

All Baggy wanted to do when she got home was have a cup of tea and go to bed. But Furry Mama persuaded her to take Minty out. As Hormonal Hannah had made Baggy drive past at least three post boxes with two letters Baggy needed to post, Furry Mama took them with her, holding them in her hand with her phone, as Minty hauled her everywhere - he was in a very peculiar mood. Freda Fretter was getting Baggy in a state over some of the things that Hannah had said to the counsellor and regretting her saying them, when she got to the doggy doo-doo bin. Baggy dropped Minty Mutt's bag of poo and one of the letters in the bin. Swearing, she fished the letter back out again. Minty was still pulling Furry Mama everywhere. Clever Bird realised that someone must have been walking a bitch in season, as he tried to haul her straight into the road! Baggy hauled him back and walked straight past the post box. As Minty did yet another poo, Furry Mama moved Baggy's phone and the letters into her other hand to pick it up, and realised that Hannah had once more forgotten to post them. Baggy headed back to the post box - she managed to snatch her phone back from the jaws of the box, just before it disappeared into it, with the letters that Hannah posted. At this point Baggy actually started to feel a little sorry for Hannah.

Furry Mama carried on the walk. Minty kept stopping and sniffing and then walking like a little old man. Clever Bird decided to curtail the walk as neither Mint or Baggy were feeling great. The Domestic Goddess decided that Baggy needed a fry up to sustain her. It's allowed on her diet, but as Baggy had lost three-and-a-half pounds last night, she didn't care anyway. frankly she has way too much to worry about as it is - real or not. Thank goodness that her rock will be home from his week's work in the next couple of hours. Baggy needs a cuddle.............
