Baggy's not the only one who needs fixing.

First rule of Stress Management to reduce anxiety and depression: relax. Way easier said than done for Baggy. Relaxation, especially of the muscles, should reduce pain and this in itself will assist in reducing stress - so Clever Bird has Baggy cheating. Today Baggy had her second massage to attempt to remove the golf ball sized lumps in her shoulders. Once again, the massage itself was not relaxing, because it's too painful. But equally, Hormonal Hannah would not let Baggy switch her brain off. So she yacked all the way through and for the odd minute here-and-there when she managed to shut up, Freda Fretter just ran lists through Baggy's head of all the things she needs to do. Having her legs done at the very end of the massage was lovely though. Properly relaxing. Or at least it would have been, if Freda hadn't been fretting about how hairy Baggy's legs are - the "boys" are definitely back in town!

Quick trip to the best little sewing workshop going, to get Grotty Groom's winter over-trousers mended; the ones that were eaten by wasps as they attached them to their nest, like something out of Alien. They are full of weird holes! Then after yesterday's blog, Baggy decided to check on the only two toys that survived her stepmother's wrath nearly fifty years ago. Clever Bird realised that Golly was in big trouble! She decided that he too could benefit from a bit of mending.

Bless him, he is after all fifty-five years old. Baggy's Mum bought him for Baggy when she was one. He is feeling his age even more dramatically than Baggy. Baggy is excited that he'll be looking so much better again soon.

Next plan, as Baggy was feeling rather spaced-out after her massage, was to go for a cappuccino at her favourite café. But it's changed hands - they don't even do cappuccino anymore, just frothy coffee (whatever that is), Baggy didn't bother finding out.

Well apart from the bad headache, Baggy feels fairly relaxed now, so relaxed in fact that she totally forgot to do every single thing on Freda Fretter's mental list. Ah well, there's always tomorrow........
