Day 26 continuing - Baggy is now in Pain, but Feeling Better!

It turns out that Calum is in agony having pulled his back squidging into a tiny courtesy car this morning, rather than being as stressed with Baggy as Freda Fretter thought he was. So it's not good that he's in pain, but it is good that he's not fed up with Baggy. So Clever Bird thought it would be a good plan to go to Colchester with him this afternoon when he went back to the garage to pick Baggy's car up. She knew he wanted to pop into an adjacent shop to look at shirts. Three shirts later, even though he's still in agony, he's a bit happier. Now he's cooking supper. Baggy offered to help. Cal asked what she could do? Good question. Provide moral support. She left him to it.

Meanwhile an hour in the car and an hour in the shop and garage has Baggy remembering that she has now had two lots of surgery in a month. Clever Bird reckons that the anaesthetic has now left her system, so she's topped herself up with painkillers for the first time today. Baggy's elbow and hand are very swollen, but more uncomfortable than painful. They won't work properly because they won't bend, but they're not bad at all. Baggy's stomach is now also feeling tender again, but that too is probably a good thing. It will stop her over doing it.

So all in all Baggy is feeling a lot better than she was earlier. And she's typing with two fingers again! One on each hand that is. It's the little things......
