It's very lovely (and a relief for Calum) that Baggy is being looked after by her sister in Kent, but in many ways it's hard. Deb's house is absolutely gorgeous, as is the village. Baggy doesn't have to lift a finger (well she can't) and Deb is an amazing cook and carer. Even the bed is comfier than Baggy's bed. But it's not Baggy's home. Furry Mama is missing Hinge and Bracket and is a little jealous that Mint is happily disappearing with Deb and Pickle with nary a backward glance!
Grotty Groom really, really wants to see the horses, but they are now well over a hundred miles away. She's finding that really, really hard. Especially as Debby is currently spending time with her horse. And even though Calum is normally away at work all week, he is within five miles of Baggy once or sometimes twice a day, so she can shoot over and see him. Now he's also over a hundred miles away and ironically is driving north, so is actually well over two hundred miles away at night. Hormonal Hannah is really struggling with it all.
But at least Baggy has Pickle dog to cuddle! When she can find her from whatever she has curled up under.
And Minty Mutt is slightly less pongy after his after-walk shower!
Anything to stop the cream carpets getting even more dirty. More guilt. Stop stressing Freda. And rest Baggy.............
