Day 28 continued - Burning arm.

Clever Bird is trying to stop Baggy from freaking out over the heat coming out of her arm wound. She has had to point out to Grotty Groom that Baggy is not a horse. We know she's lame. We don't need the "limp" or the heat to tell us that. Freda Fretter is worried that it's infected, but how can you tell when it's got a dressing over it? You can't. But she feels okay in herself, so Clever Bird is sure that she's fine. Her hand is nowhere near as swollen as it was this morning either, so that's good. It has after all, only been three days since the operation. It just feels a lot longer because Baggy is now away from home.

Calum reappeared with the booster for the telly. It's got BBC1 and 2 working but that's it. In fact it made all the other channels worse. Ah well, Creative Clara, you'll just have to figure out how the I-player type thingies work. At least he tried. He'll be heading off back to Suffolk and the cats shortly, so Hormonal Hannah is getting in a state, hence Clara blogging to distract her. Hannah is not the only one stressing when Calum heads off. Minty Mutt actually whimpered the second time that he left to go to the shops today, something he never usually does. But at least he has his cousin Pickle and Furry Mama, so hopefully he will settle back down again when Calum leaves for the week in a bit. Let's hope that Baggy does too......
